Toronto Public Library's Four Families, One War Exhibition Review
I believe November 11, Remembrance Day, should be a National Holiday. To take only 60 seconds at work at 11:00am (and only if your workplace participates) to remember all those people who lost their lives in war, is not enough. Other countries around the globe do much more to honour Canadian soldiers, so why does Canada do so little? I was reminded of the heartache and loss of The Great War at The Toronto Public Library's recent exhibit Four Families, One War.The exhibit examines the experience of four Toronto families and their personal involvement in World War One.
