Skincare Review: Say Goodbye to Winter Dry Skin with Nivea!

Nivea In-Shower Body Milk Review

The winter has finally blown in in cold full force and with it, my dry, itchy skin: "Hello my name is Melanie.Ps and I suffer from dry skin." I absolutely hate what the winter weather does to my skin. Between freezing cold winds outside and the dry heat indoors, my skin takes a beating. That's why I was so excited to receive Nivea's In-Shower Body Milk in my Spark Sessions swag bag. And hello time-saver!

Nivea In-Shower Body Milk is a new product that is applied while you are still in the shower. After washing with my regular body wash and rinsing, I just apply it to my wet skin and rinse off. That's it!

When I first heard about Nivea's In-Shower Lotions I was intrigued and a little bit skeptical about how good a moisturizer would work if I rinsed it off immediately after applying it. I have been using it for the past several weeks, and I first found it strange to not reach for my moisturizer after I got out of the shower, but now I love the time it saves me. I also love that I can get dressed right away, and not stand in my bathroom shivering in the morning, layering on moisturizer. Nivea In-Shower Body Milk goes on thick and turns milky in the shower. It easily rinses off and left my skin soft and smooth, with no greasy residue or sticky feeling!

Nivea In-Shower Lotions come in three types: Hydrating (normal-dry skin), Smooth Replenishing (dry skin), and Body Milk (dry-very dry skin). It can be found at mass retailers for around $8.00 starting this month.

P.s!: And what's most exciting about this product is that I can double up my moisturizing routine. Like I said before, I get EXTREMELY dry skin in the really cold winter months (hello January and February), so recently in addition to using the Nivea In-Shower Body Milk, I lather a layer of moisturizer on after the shower when I have a little extra time or really dry skin. Take that Old Man Winter!

P.s,
Melanie!
