Heya! I always love visiting the Museum of Canadian Contemporary Art in Toronto. They always have some very interesting and unique art exhibits like Misled By Nature and Material Self. A few weeks ago I enjoyed MOCCA's latest two exhibits: Over the Rainbow: Identity and Seduction and Par Amour / Paramour. Both exhibitions were very interesting and are presented in partnership with World Pride Toronto.

The Gladstone Hotel in Toronto is becoming well known for presenting free art exhibits that are open to the public like their two recent CONTACT Photography Festival Exhibitions. Last week I visited the Gladstone Hotel on Queen Street West to enjoy their two latest exhibitions: That's So Gay: On The Edge and 10x10 Photography Project that are running during Toronto's World Pride Celebrations.

Heya! Last Saturday I participated in the Nuit Rose art crawl presented as a part of the World Pride Toronto event. I was very excited to visit the many art projects and installations and see how World Pride Toronto can produce their own Nuit Blanche type event. Heya! Last week I visited the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO) in Toronto to enjoy their newest exhibit Fan the Flames: Queer Positions in Photography. This is the first art and culture exhibit that I visited being presented as a part of World Pride Toronto event. And it certainly will not be my last.

In case you have been living under a rainbow coloured rock for the last few months in Toronto, let me inform you on the amazing 10 day event that started yesterday in Toronto: World Pride!  World Pride is an annual event celebrating and educating the history and culture of LGBTTIQQ2SA (Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexual, transgender, intersex, queer, questioning, two-spirited, and their allies), that has been held at different cities around the world for the past 3 years. World Pride Toronto is presented by Pride Toronto, and coincides with Toronto's annual Pride Celebration and Parade.
